MODULAR POWER SYSTEM

Highland's Modular Power System consists of a 3U rackmount enclosure with a main controller, power supply and cooling, and provision for installation of up to eight power, load, switching, or measurement modules, primarily intended for aerospace testing.
P940 modular power system

Integrated 3U chassis holds up to eight plugin source and load power modules.

P941 dual isolated DC power supply

Provides two independent isolated power supplies with internal switching to allow both supplies to be operated in parallel.

P942 permanent magnet alternator simulator

Simulates a 3-phase permanent magnet alternator, compatible with the high frequency shorting/shunt regulators typically used in PMA-powered instruments and specifically FADEC power supplies.

P943 8-channel DC power supply

Provides up to 64 DC power supply channels with programmable voltage and current limit per P940 3U chassis.

P945 8-channel load simulator

Simulates relays, solenoids, torque motors, or similar devices with 8-channels of isolated resistive loads including open, short, and ground fault modes.

P948 cable fault insertion (FITS) module

Inserts an open fault in any path, shorts any wires to any other wires, simulates ground faults, and measures AC or DC voltage between any wire pair or any wire to ground.
